Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Donald Cerrone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sozu Arghei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cerrone's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Cowboy. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arghei takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cerrone slaps away a takedown attempt from Arghei, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cerrone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Cerrone throws a combination. Arghei tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

and Arghei counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cerrone won't be happy with that.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Arghei creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cerrone sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Arghei has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Arghei fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Cerrone to the ground. Arghei is now in Cerrone's guard.
Arghei not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Arghei throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cerrone works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Arghei is looking to work some ground and pound but Cerrone has wrist control.

Arghei drops back looking for a leg! Cerrone is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cerrone manages to kick Arghei off! Arghei jumps back into Cerrone's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Arghei stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cerrone swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sozu Arghei dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Cerrone just misses with a punch to the body.
Cerrone takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Arghei shoots in for a takedown but Cerrone shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Arghei shoots in looking for a takedown. Cerrone tries to sprawl out of it but Arghei keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cerrone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Cerrone stalks Arghei and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Arghei's face. Arghei staggers backwards, shaken.
Arghei takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Cerrone is looking to land body kicks.
Both fighters circling a little - Cerrone finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Cerrone slaps away a takedown attempt from Arghei, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Donald Cerrone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sozu Arghei.

Cerrone fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cerrone thows a body shot but no joy.
A punch combination from Arghei misses.
Cerrone is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Arghei tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cerrone swivels and escapes.
Arghei looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Arghei shoots in and drives through. Cerrone sprawls well.
Donald Cerrone is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Arghei doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Cerrone really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Arghei shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cerrone as he jumps to the side.
Cerrone swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Arghei.

An inside leg kick lands from Cerrone.
Arghei throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cerrone's waist but Cerrone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Arghei off to one side.
Cerrone throws a head kick that misses.
Arghei takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Arghei closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Arghei looks to land a strike but Cerrone avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Arghei's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Arghei is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cerrone is just riding it out for now. Arghei eventually gives up the hold.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cerrone is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

A close second round but Sozu Arghei will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Arghei connects with a nice short shot to Cerrone's temple.
Arghei seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Well, if Arghei is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Arghei cracks Cerrone with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cerrone takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Arghei's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
