Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Suggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mad Child (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mad Child is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terrell Suggs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mad Child!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suggs throws a nice looking combination but Child bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Child tries to clinch up.
Suggs falls off balance throwing a combination
and Child counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Suggs is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Child misses with a few strikes there.
Suggs throws a series of punches but Child avoids them all with ease.
A combination from Child does no damage.
Child has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Child there as he acknowledges the shot.
Mad Child seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Child lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Suggs circles away quickly and effectively.
Suggs misses with a few strikes there.
Child with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Suggs to score with a decent uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Suggs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Suggs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Suggs crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Child - the referee stops the clock and Suggs gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Child. Suggs manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
