The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flaviano ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Flaviano thuds a left hand into Mousasi's body.
Mousasi checks a leg kick.
Mousasi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Flaviano looks to land a combination. Mousasi sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Gerard Mousasi has been cut.
Flaviano tries to score with a low kick but Mousasi moves his leg out of the way.
Mousasi motions for Flaviano to come forward. Mousasi throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Aiko Flaviano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Flaviano digs a good hook to Mousasi's body.
Mousasi looks gassed!
Mousasi walks into a left hand.
Flaviano with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Oooooh!!! Flaviano has knocked Mousasi down with a huge combo! Flaviano steps away and waves a wobbly Mousasi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Flaviano feints with a jab and clips Mousasi right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Mousasi is sent crashing into the canvas and Flaviano leaps in for the kill! Mousasi tries to get to his feet but Flaviano is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Mousasi is in need of a savior and steps in!
