Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Amileo Hatking (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erwin Tulfo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Hatking has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tulfo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Tulfo forces Hatking back against the ropes and clinches.
Hatking jumps guard but Tulfo turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.

Hatking is trying to push Tulfo away but Tulfo has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Tulfo lands an elbow inside.

Tulfo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Hatking tries to clinch but Tulfo moves out of range.

Tulfo putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Hatking in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Tulfo stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Tulfo breaks from the clinch.

Hatking throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tulfo was covering up waiting for the punch and Hatking finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Tulfo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hatking!
Tulfo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hatking is looking to escape.
Hatking is looking to improve his position but Tulfo isn't that keen on the idea.

Hatking is controlling an arm, preventing Tulfo from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Hatking is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tulfo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tulfo's back!
