Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cain Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yamamoto Takiyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mir's entrance music is Sub-Mission. A fine choice. Mir has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takiyama moves in looking to clinch but Mir pushes him off.

and Mir counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Takiyama is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Takiyama swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mir is now in Takiyama's guard. A big mistake from Takiyama there, giving up the dominant position!

Mir has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Takiyama to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mir is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Takiyama pulls down on the head and he's put Mir to sleep! This one is all over!
