The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Branton shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Branton showed some decent athleticism there.
Branton thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sedetrano's head.
Branton is working for a kimura but Sedetrano is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Branton is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sedetrano!

Branton breaks from Sedetrano's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Branton is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Branton extends the arm and Sedetrano is forced to tap!
