Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Sauerbry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sauerbry shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Greco is trying to defend but Sauerbry finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Sauerbry looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Greco looking for a kimura from the bottom but Sauerbry passes into side control!

Sauerbry is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Greco's shoulder. That is not cool.
Sauerbry's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Sauerbry decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Sauerbry changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Greco looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Greco regains half guard.
Sauerbry wants to pass the guard but Greco is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Greco has a hand on Sauerbry's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Sauerbry takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Sauerbry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greco. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee warns Greco that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sauerbry prevents Greco from getting the reversal.
Greco tries to control the position but Sauerbry now has his back.

Sauerbry is trying to stick to Greco's back but Greco is turning into Sauerbry. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Sauerbry's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Greco.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Greco accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Greco wants to hold on but Sauerbry pushes him away.

Sauerbry lands a big shot there that rocks Greco but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Sauerbry stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Greco misses with a series of wild punches.

Sauerbry is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Greco's half guard.
Greco is looking to control Sauerbry's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Greco avoid being mounted?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Greco wants to improve his position but Sauerbry is controlling well.
Greco is trying to maintain the position but Sauerbry is very close to passing his half guard.
