Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Experiment Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Burton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burton has chosen Carcass - Keep on Rotting in the Free World as his entrance music. Fred Burton looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Burton.
Burton looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Burton throws a lazy right hand but Guy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Guy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Guy throws the left hand but Burton avoids the punch easily.
Burton swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Burton feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Guy is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Burton won't allow Guy to sweep him here.

Guy looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Burton has picked Guy up and slammed him! Guy can't keep hold of the triangle and Burton manages to pass to side control!

Guy moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Guy takes Burton's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Burton is in trouble.

Burton is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Burton tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Guy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Burton is looking to escape.

Guy goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Burton is on top in guard.
Guy wants to improve his position but instead Burton has moved into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Guy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Burton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Burton's back!

Guy wants to clinch.
Burton swats away the attempt to clinch by Guy.
Guy is looking to clinch but Burton is avoiding it.
Guy loads up on a big right hand but Burton slips the punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burton lands a jab.
Burton is breathing heavily.
Guy tries to close the distance and clinch but Burton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Burton closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Guy manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Guy is looking for the choke from the back position but Burton is controlling his hands well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Guy working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Burton is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Guy has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Burton taps out!

A relieved looking Experiment Guy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
