Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lenard Skinnard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Malenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skinnard swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Skinnard throws a right hand that misses

and Malenko counters with a shoot takedown. Skinnard fights it but they end up in guard.
Skinnard on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Skinnard tries to get out of the position.
Malenko tries to free his leg and advance position but Skinnard is retaining full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Lenard Skinnard just wasn't active enough.

Malenko closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Skinnard quickly recovers to half guard.

Malenko is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Skinnard defends it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Skinnard lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Malenko circles away quickly and effectively.

Malenko throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Skinnard's waist but Skinnard gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Malenko off to one side.

Malenko tries to clinch up but Skinnard pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Malenko to the mat! Malenko covers up and Skinnard unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
