Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bingo Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zoran Lippo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lippo has chosen Lordi, Hard rock hallelujah as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bingo Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zoran Lippo!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lippo closes the distance and clinches up with Steel, looking for a takedown. Lippo pushes Steel against the cage but Steel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Steel goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A head kick misses from Steel.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lippo.
Good leg kick by Lippo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Steel moves into the clinch.
Lippo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bingo Steel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zoran Lippo.

Steel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lippo shoots in looking for a takedown. Steel tries to sprawl out of it but Lippo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Steel connects with a leg kick. Lippo looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Lippo shoots in but no luck this time.

Steel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Steel drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lippo pulls his leg out and moves away.
A telegraphed right hand from Lippo misses the target.
Lippo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steel's waist but Steel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lippo off to one side.
Lippo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Steel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lippo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice takedown defense from Steel. No joy for Lippo on that attempt.
Lippo shoots in and drives through. Steel sprawls well.

Lippo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Steel's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lippo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Steel manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bingo Steel has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Lippo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Steel tries to avoid it but Lippo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Steel to the ground. Steel escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lippo shoots in looking for a takedown but Steel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lippo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That was a close round but I would say that Bingo Steel will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lippo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Steel looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Steel looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Steel!
Lippo tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Steel wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Zoran Lippo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Steel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
