Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cordell Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rokky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams tries for a takedown but Balboa sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Balboa wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance.
Williams shoots in but Balboa avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Balboa moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off.
Balboa shoots in for a takedown but Williams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Balboa tries to bum rush Williams with a series of wild strikes but Williams uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Williams closes the distance and pushes Balboa back into the cage.

Williams has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Balboa is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Williams.
Balboa tries to stand but Williams is controlling his head.

Williams is looking for a sweep.
Williams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Williams manages to work his way to half guard, despite Balboa's best efforts.
Williams is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Balboa's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Balboa's back!

Balboa is trying to escape but he's just digging himself into more trouble. Williams manages to sink in the hooks and gets a rear naked choke to end the fight in impressive fashion.
