Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marku Parasca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serge Higgins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marku Parasca has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higgins throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Higgins cracks Parasca with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Higgins misses with an uppercut
and Parasca counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Higgins looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Parasca is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Higgins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Parasca. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Parasca is nestled in close to Higgins, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Parasca in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Higgins tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Parasca!
