Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between JT Spirit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam McGrath (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spirit comes to the cage accompanied by Nujabes - Feather. JT Spirit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, JT Spirit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Liam McGrath!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spirit looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Spirit changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McGrath tries to avoid it but Spirit manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McGrath to the ground. McGrath escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A close round but Liam McGrath will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Spirit closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
McGrath tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

McGrath takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
McGrath is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McGrath is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Spirit is controlling him well.
