Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Krzysztof Jarzyna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Mikkelsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarzyna comes into the arena with The Prodigy - Omen blaring out of the sound system. Mikkelsen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dry kill logic, Nightmare kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Krzysztof Jarzyna could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Frank Mikkelsen's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikkelsen slips a jab and a cross from Jarzyna.

Mikkelsen gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Jarzyna turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jarzyna manages to end up in side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Mikkelsen is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Jarzyna remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Jarzyna pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee warns Mikkelsen that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Jarzyna postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Mikkelsen in real trouble here! The ref calls for Mikkelsen to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
