Hopkins tries to clinch up
and Gracie counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A right-left combo lands from Hopkins.
Some wild striking there from Hopkins.
Hopkins throws a head kick that misses.
Gracie scores with a hook to the body. Hopkins takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gracie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hopkins circles away quickly and effectively.
Gracie gets caught napping as Hopkins dives in and scores a takedown. Gracie manages to retain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hopkins is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hopkins has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
