and Nichols counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Malfacine shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nichols sprawls well. Nichols wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Malfacine gets slowly back to his feet.
Nichols throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Malfacine stumbling backwards into the cage! Malfacine bounces back off the cage towards Nichols, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Nichols lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Nichols celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
