Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bla Bla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bla comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I'm gonna live forever kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Silva pushes Bla up against the cage in a clinch.
Bla looking for a takedown.
Silva gets underhooks to prevent Bla's takedown attempt.
Silva gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Bla Bla has been cut.
Silva creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Bla's defenses.
Silva lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bla backwards.
Silva lands with a light punch inside.
Silva lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Bla is looking for a takedown.
Wanderlei Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bla Bla.
Bla goes for a takedown attempt but Silva pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bla looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bla shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Silva pinned against the cage. Silva gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Silva leaves Bla with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Silva tries to sprawl but Bla drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Bla trying to mount his opponent but Silva defends it.

Silva is controlling Bla's trapped leg to prevent Bla from advancing to side control.

Bla thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Silva's head.

Bla creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Bla has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Silva!
Bla is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
