Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Waitzel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Kappa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waitzel comes to the cage accompanied by Dimmu Borgir - Puritania. David Kappa will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Kappa throws a nice looking combination but Waitzel bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kappa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Waitzel has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Waitzel and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Kappa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kappa connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Waitzel momentarily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Kappa is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Kappa uses his free foot to push down on Waitzel's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Waitzel.

Kappa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Waitzel tries to avoid it but Kappa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Waitzel to the ground. Waitzel escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
