Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nyrkki Sankari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramses Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sankari comes to the cage accompanied by The Odorants - This Night. Roberts has chosen Nacho Libre - Ramses as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari throws a hook but Roberts blocks it.
Roberts throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Sankari throws a sloppy head kick and Roberts moves out of range easily.
Roberts's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Roberts duly obliges.

It looks like Nyrkki Sankari has been cut.
Sankari throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Roberts counters with a right hand to the body.
Sankari takes a swing at Roberts's ribcage but misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sankari has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Roberts.
Sankari throws a head kick that misses
and Roberts counters with a slapping leg kick.
Roberts lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Roberts blocks the body kick.
Sankari missing with a left hand there. Roberts was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Roberts keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Roberts will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sankari throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Roberts explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
An inside leg kick lands from Sankari.
Sankari throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sankari swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Roberts dips to his left and cracks Sankari with an uppercut!
Roberts throws a leg kick but Sankari moved away.

Roberts just misses with a punch to the body.
Sankari cracks Roberts with a good jab.
Sankari looks to score with a jab to the body but Roberts is just out of range.
Sankari checks a low kick from Roberts.

Oooooh!!! Roberts has knocked Sankari down with a huge combo! Roberts steps away and waves a wobbly Sankari back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Nyrkki Sankari's cut is getting worse.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Roberts tries to clinch but Sankari is having none of it.
Roberts misses with a straight left.
A looping hook to the body misses from Roberts. Sankari does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sankari throws the kick towards the body but Roberts avoids it.
Nyrkki Sankari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sankari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Roberts cracks the inside of Sankari's front leg.
Sankari misses with a looping left.
Sankari slips a straight right by Roberts.
Roberts takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Roberts throws a lazy body kick
and Sankari counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sankari cracks Roberts with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Roberts dips to his left and cracks Sankari with an uppercut!
Sankari connects with the punch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Roberts fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sankari looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sankari wants to stay close but Roberts steps back to make room for something. Sankari seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Roberts and Sankari drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Ramses Roberts!
A less than humble Ramses Roberts misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
