Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hento Lessu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roronoa Zorro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Roronoa Zorro!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zorro misses with a head kick.
Zorro throws a one two combo.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Lessu lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Lessu tries to pull guard but Zorro forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Lessu ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lessu no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Zorro being controlled here momentarily.
Zorro looking to sit in guard and control but Lessu gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Zorro trying to keep a closed guard but Lessu is proving a slippery customer.

Zorro has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Lessu has passed into side control.
Lessu postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Zorro tries to improve position but can't.

Lessu thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Zorro is looking for a sweep.
Zorro looks gassed!

Lessu moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Lessu lands some shots froms side control.

Lessu decides to stand back up. Lessu steps back and let's Zorro get back to his feet.
Lessu throws a right hand that Zorro ducks under and follows up with a left that Zorro also avoids with ease.
Lessu shoots in for a takedown but Zorro shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Zorro tries to clinch but Lessu is having none of it.
Lessu pushes Zorro away with a front kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lessu shoots in but Zorro avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hento Lessu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lessu shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Zorro eats them both and turns towards Lessu to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Lessu clinches up with Zorro and pushes him back against the cage.
Zorro tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Lessu throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Zorros head.
Lessu tries to land a knee to the head but Zorro blocks with his arms.

Lessu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Zorro moves in looking to clinch but Lessu pushes him off.
Lessu uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Lessu shoots in looking for a takedown. Zorro tries to sprawl out of it but Lessu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zorro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lessu decides to pull guard.
Zorro with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Zorro won't allow Lessu to sweep him here.
Lessu manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Lessu can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Zorro is looking to escape.
Lessu controlling the pace for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Zorro wants to clinch up but Lessu keeps it at a distance.
Lessu walks into a jab.
Zorro misses with a series of wild punches.
Zorro's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Zorro duly obliges.
Lessu has a takedown stuffed.

Lessu has Zorro up against the cage in a clinch.

Zorro moves out of range of the strikes.
Hento Lessu is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lessu lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Lessu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hento Lessu is winning the standup battle so far.
Zorro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lessu circles away.
Zorro is breathing heavily.
Lessu shoots in for a takedown but Zorro shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Lessu shoots in and drives through. Zorro sprawls well.

Zorro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lessu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lessu is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Zorro sees it coming and defends easily.

Lessu perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Lessu escapes and gets back to his feet.
Zorro lands a head kick. Lessu smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Lessu rushes Zorro and presses him up against the cage.

Lessu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lessu fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lessu shoots in but no luck this time.
Zorro tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lessu swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Zorro doesn't manage to clinch there - Lessu circles away.

Lessu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lessu shoots in for a takedown but Zorro shows good takedown defense.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lessu walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sloppy strikes from Zorro. Those never looked like landing.
Lessu cracks a nice hook into Zorro's ribs.
Lessu shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Zorro as he jumps to the side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A nice inside leg kick there by Zorro. That's going to slow Lessu down.
Zorro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Zorro counters with a big head kick but Lessu shrugs it off.
Lessu looks for the body kick but Zorro saw that one coming.

A looping hook to the body misses from Lessu. Zorro does a little dance to reset his feet.

Zorro gets a takedown into half guard.
Lessu gets full guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Lessu has his feet on Zorro's thighs here. He's pushed Zorro off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Zorro screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
