The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris tries to close the distance and clinch but Wotton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Wotton smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Norris closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Norris blocks a body shot from Wotton.
Wotton wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Norris has him pressed against the cage.

Norris ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Norris no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Norris avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Wotton stands and throws Norris's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Norris is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Norris is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Wotton's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Wotton! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Norris has tapped! This one is allllll over!
