Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Abraham Psi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Val Engine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Psi's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Final Countdown - Europe. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Abraham Psi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Val Engine!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Psi scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Psi lands a right hook to the body.
Engine fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Engine fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Engine tries for a takedown but Psi circles away easily
and Psi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Abraham Psi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Val Engine.
Engine closes the distance and clinches up with Psi, looking for a takedown. Engine pushes Psi against the cage but Psi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Engine takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Psi lands a jab to the head.
Engine shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Psi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Engine's knee momentarily.
Psi fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Engine takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Psi throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Engine throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Psi's waist but Psi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Engine off to one side.
Psi throws a shot from downtown. Engine moves away and avoids it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Engine doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Engine misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Engine is defended easily by Psi.
Psi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Engine takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Psi lands the left hand.
Engine has a takedown stuffed.
Psi clobbers Engine with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Engine tries to score a power double leg takedown but Psi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Engine somewhat.
Engine will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fighters circling - Psi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Engine shoots in looking for a takedown. Psi tries to sprawl out of it but Engine keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Psi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Psi ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Psi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Engine.
Engine throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Psi's waist but Psi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Engine off to one side.
Abraham Psi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Psi comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Psi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Engine fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Psi cracks Engine with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Psi connects with a nice looking jab.
Psi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Engine on the side of the head.
Engine takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Val Engine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Engine gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Psi.
Engine shoots in and drives through. Psi sprawls well.
Psi lands with a nice body punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Psi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Psi scores with a punch to the head.
Engine fails with the takedown.
Engine drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Psi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Engine fails to land the takedown.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Psi, as that shot connected.
Engine shoots in and drives through. Psi sprawls well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Engine takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Engine misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Psi stuffs the takedown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Abraham Psi dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Val Engine is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Psi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Engine looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Psi tests Engine's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Psi jabs Engine right on the nose. Engine blinks but takes it well.
No luck for Engine with that takedown attempt.
Abraham Psi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Val Engine.
Psi throws an uppercut from hell that sends Engine clean off his feet! He's out cold! Psi stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
