Cleaver comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Drowning Pool - Bodies kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleaver looks to throw the jab but Atkinson is out of range.
Atkinson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Lucy Atkinson has been cut.
Atkinson throws a head kick that misses.
Cleaver throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Atkinson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cleaver sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Atkinson somewhat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cleaver dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Atkinson finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Cleaver's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Atkinson falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randall Cleaver!
