Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Saint Randy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Lemieux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lemieux is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sliwa. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lemieux leaves Saint Randy with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Lemieux is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Saint Randy's half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Lemieux stalling.

Lemieux is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Saint Randy has managed to free his arm - good work.
Lemieux wants to lay and pray for a moment but Saint Randy keeps working.
Lemieux with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lemieux is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Lemieux tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lemieux has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Lemieux thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Lemieux is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Saint Randy has escaped the position, nice work there.

Lemieux is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Saint Randy is looking for a sweep.

Lemieux is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Saint Randy looks calm but he's in trouble here. Lemieux gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Saint Randy is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Lemieux lets go of the hold and Saint Randy can pop his arm back in it's socket.
