Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Buff Dickens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sid Taylor!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dickens closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Taylor controlling the position well.
Taylor tries to get to full guard but Dickens has control of the leg.
Dickens performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Taylor trying to hold on to Dickens's head to control him but Dickens postures up.

Dickens stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Taylor swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dickens seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Dickens takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Dickens takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Dickens seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Taylor does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Dickens is thwarting Taylor's attempts to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taylor is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Taylor is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Dickens shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Taylor pinned against the cage. Taylor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dickens tries to clinch up but Taylor circles away and keeps his distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dickens looks to score with a jab to the body but Taylor is just out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Taylor is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Taylor is desperately trying to improve his position but Dickens has a good base and remains in mount.

Dickens postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Taylor looks a forlorn figure.

Dickens postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Taylor badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Dickens around the waist but Dickens pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Dickens is the winner by TKO! Dickens jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
