PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wsciekle Piesci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dok Halidai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Piesci comes into the arena with Waldemar Kasta - Głos blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piesci fails to land with a series of punches.
Halidai takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Halidai throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Halidai throws a head kick but Piesci moves out of range.
Piesci lands with an uppercut that bounces Halidai off the cage and back into range.
Halidai takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Piesci sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Piesci scores with a crisp jab that stopped Halidai in his tracks.

Wsciekle Piesci's cut is getting worse.
Piesci lands a nice hook to Halidai's body. Halidai takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Halidai takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Halidai takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Piesci connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Halidai throws a head kick but Piesci moves out of range.
Halidai shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Piesci scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Piesci lands a nice shot to the body.

Piesci bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Halidai's head.
Halidai slips under a jab.
Piesci avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Halidai displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Piesci throws out the jab.
Wsciekle Piesci seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Halidai takes one on the chin but seems OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Piesci is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Halidai gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Piesci.
Piesci loads up on a big right hand but Halidai slips the punch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Halidai counters with a good, hard body kick but Piesci shrugs it off.

Halidai throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Piesci misses with a right hand
and Halidai makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Halidai closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Piesci! Halidai dives in looking to finish! Piesci is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
