The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brentwood avoids the body shot from Sanchez.
Sanchez takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Brentwood tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brentwood attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

and Sanchez counters with an inside leg kick.

It looks like Chester Sanchez has been cut.

Sanchez does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Sanchez throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Brentwood is looking to chop away at Sanchez's legs.
Sanchez blocks a head kick by Brentwood.
Brentwood pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sanchez is out of range and Brentwood settles back down.
Sanchez throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brentwood thows a body shot but no joy.

Sanchez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sanchez is looking to work some ground and pound but Brentwood has wrist control.
