Albuquerque had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. blackman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Albuquerque Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take blackman's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
I really don't envy blackman right now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
