Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank Slagman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximillion Butler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butler is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Comeback Kid. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slagman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slagman tries to close the distance and clinch but Butler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Butler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Slagman defends well.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Butler cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Butler is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Slagman can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Slagman wants to hold on but Butler pushes him away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Slagman swings away with a body shot that misses
and Butler counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Butler scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
