Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sheldon Chaykin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stann Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone has chosen BLUNT- as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Sheldon Chaykin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stann Stone!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone is looking to clinch.
Chaykin finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Stone tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Stone fails to land the takedown.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Chaykin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stone - the referee stops the clock and Chaykin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stone. Chaykin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Chaykin missing with a left hand there. Stone was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Stone will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Stone moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Stone closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Chaykin throws a head punch that misses.

Stone breaks from the clinch.
Stone misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sheldon Chaykin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stann Stone.
A head kick misses from Stone.
Stone has a takedown stuffed.
Chaykin walks into a jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stone misses with a wild combination.
Stone throws a nice looking combination but Chaykin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Stone shoots in but Chaykin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stone pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Stone.
Stone goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Sheldon Chaykin has been cut.

Stone swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Chaykin.
Stone misses with the combination.
Chaykin blocks a leg kick.
Chaykin misses with a low kick as Stone jumps back.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stone fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Stone closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Stone looks gassed!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Stone moves into full mount! Chaykin won't be happy about that!

Stone jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Chaykin is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Chaykin and Stone has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Stone scores with a couple of short elbows.
Chaykin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stone on the ground.
A control attempt from Chaykin but he's now mounted!
Chaykin squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Stone loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Chaykin scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Stone land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Stone stands and salutes the crowd.
