The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berkowitz misses with a looping right.
Riordan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Berkowitz counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Berkowitz clobbers Riordan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Riordan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Berkowitz sprawls well. Berkowitz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Riordan gets slowly back to his feet.
Riordan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Berkowitz throws out the jab.

Riordan is trying desperately to land a takedown but Berkowitz is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Riordan.
