Willis comes to the cage accompanied by Hometown Hero. Gallagher has chosen Kakkahätä 77 - Tää on sun helvetti as his entrance music. Killian Gallagher will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willis lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Killian Gallagher has been cut.

Gallagher clinches with his opponent.
Willis lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Willis tries for a takedown but Gallagher manages to get underhooks.
Willis wants a takedown.
Willis has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gallagher avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Patrick Willis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gallagher throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Willis blocks it with crossed arms.
A right hook to the body lands for Gallagher.

Willis is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gallagher gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Willis goes for a takedown attempt but Gallagher pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Gallagher is working to tighten is grip on Willis's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Willis has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gallagher is really squeezing tight and eventually Willis passes out! Gallagher breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
