Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jay Who (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urijah Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Who's entrance music is Requiem for a tower. A fine choice. Brown has chosen I Love College-Asher Roth as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Brown works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brown is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Who has escaped the position, nice work there.

Brown stands up.
Who gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Brown decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Who's guard.

Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Who swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Who looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Brown postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Brown is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Brown must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Brown throws a wild body kick that Who sees coming a mile off.

Who closes the distance and clinches up with Brown, looking for a takedown. Who pushes Brown against the cage but Brown circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Brown is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Who has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Brown is looking to defend but Who has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Brown! Who pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Brown taps out and this one is all over!
