Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gregg House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Canas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Gregg House has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gregg House seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Canas is defended easily by House.
Canas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has House pinned against the cage. House gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No luck for Canas with that takedown attempt.
Gregg House has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joseph Canas.
House misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Canas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Canas shoots and misses
and House counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Canas is defended easily by House.
A combination from House does no damage.
House ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Canas shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. House defends it nicely.
Canas fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Canas looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Canas shoots in looking for a takedown. House tries to sprawl out of it but Canas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. House manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
House throws a series of punches but Canas avoids them all with ease.
Canas tries to clinch
and House connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Canas takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
House throws a right hand that Canas ducks under and follows up with a left that Canas also avoids with ease.
Canas takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Donk. House catches Canas right on the button with a cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
House lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Joseph Canas has been cut.
House connects with a body shot that sends Canas's belly button to the back.
House lands a left and a right that send Canas crashing to the mat, dazed. House thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Canas is rocked!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. House moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Canas! House continues to tee off on Canas, landing with a left and a right! House connects with a right hand that leaves Canas sleeping against the cage! What a finish by House!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Gregg House!
