Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Will DeFrank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sang Min Kim!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeFrank misses with a body shot.

DeFrank tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kim swats him away and circles back towards the center.

DeFrank chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kim can pounce on him.

Kim looks to land a combination. DeFrank sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

That kick from Kim tenderised DeFrank's leg. DeFrank is trying to keep his angry face on.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

DeFrank drives through with a takedown into Kim's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
DeFrank shoots in and drives through. Kim sprawls well.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as DeFrank accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That was a close round but I would say that Will DeFrank will probably get the nod.

The fight stays on the outside here - DeFrank looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
DeFrank throws a leg kick but Kim moved away.
DeFrank's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kim connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! DeFrank scrambles back to his feet.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from DeFrank.
Kim scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

DeFrank tries to break the clinch but Kim is controlling the position.

DeFrank is trying to push Kim away but Kim has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kim manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

The referee is keeping an eye on Kim - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

I think Kim has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
