Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kelvin Redondo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dominic Robillard!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Redondo or perhaps it was just good defense by Robillard which made him look bad.
Robillard wants to clinch.
Robillard stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Robillard wants it to stay on the feet.
Robillard tries to clinch there but Redondo circles away.
Robillard tries to clinch up but Redondo circles away and keeps his distance.
Redondo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Robillard swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kelvin Redondo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Robillard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Redondo paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Redondo has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Robillard after a bit of a struggle.
Redondo tries to pull guard but Robillard holds him up against the cage and eventually Redondo drops back down to his feet.

Redondo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Robillard is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Redondo has Robillard pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Robillard manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Redondo tries to break free but Robillard pushes him back against the cage.
Redondo seems to have got his legs back now.
Robillard throws a knee to the head but misses.
Redondo is trying to drag Robillard to the mat but Robillard just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robillard circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Redondo drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Robillard follows Redondo to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Dominic Robillard started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
