Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lard shoots in for a takedown but Ivic shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ivic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lard shoots in and drives through. Ivic sprawls well.
Ivic lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ivic.
Lard misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bubba Lard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ivic tries to avoid it but Lard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ivic to the ground. Ivic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lard dives in and grabs Ivic's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ivic pushes down on Lard's head and hops out.

Lard bucks up and throws Ivic to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape!

Lard shoots in looking for a takedown. Ivic tries to sprawl out of it but Lard keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ivic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ivic connects with a nice short shot to Lard's temple.
Ivic has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Lard tries to buck Ivic off but he can't manage it.
Marko Ivic is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
