Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Vallefort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard lands a nice looking kick to the body. Vallefort takes a step back to recover.
Hard lands a head kick. Vallefort smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Justin Vallefort has been cut.
Hard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vallefort.
Hard tries to clinch but Vallefort moves out of range.
Vallefort closes the distance looking to clinch
and Hard counters with a leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hard has closed the distance and engaged Vallefort in a clinch.
Vallefort tries to break free but Hard pushes him back against the cage.
Hard pushes off an throws an elbow but Vallefort leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Hard escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hard wants to clinch.
Vallefort shoots in but Hard avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Hard instigates a clinch.

Vallefort gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Hard uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Hard leaves Vallefort with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Samuel Hard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Vallefort.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Hard breaks from the clinch.

Nice sprawl there from Hard as Vallefort shoots in.
A head kick misses from Vallefort.
Vallefort fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Hard closes the distance and pushes Vallefort back into the cage.

Hard tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hard misses with a head kick.
Hard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Vallefort fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hard.

Hard moves into the clinch.

Hard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hard lands with a kick to the temple. Vallefort shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hard lets loose with a powerful body kick. Vallefort will feel that in the morning.

Hard misses the shot to the body.
Samuel Hard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Hard lands a big head kick that sends Vallefort tumbling to the mat! Hard takes a step backwards and waves Vallefort back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Vallefort is rocked!

That has opened up Justin Vallefort's cut even more.

Hard clinches.

Hard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hard lands a big head kick that sends Vallefort tumbling to the mat! Hard takes a step backwards and waves Vallefort back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Vallefort is still on wobbly legs! Can Hard finish him?
Vallefort darts in trying to clinch
and as Vallefort loses concentration momentarily, Hard counters with a picture perfect head kick! Vallefort goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!

In his post fight interview, Samuel Hard started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
