Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pepe LePew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Jolley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think LePew might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Smoke Serpent- . Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pepe LePew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Jolley!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LePew walks into a stiff left hand from Jolley.
Jolley misses the shot to the body.

Jolley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jolley lands in his opponent's guard.
Jolley pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. LePew is keeping the position for now.
LePew avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Jolley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. LePew swivels though and keeps the full guard.

LePew walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Jolley is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in LePew's half guard.
LePew is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jolley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jolley's back!
LePew has the hooks in. Jolley is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Jolley swings around for an armbar but LePew sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jolley's guard.

Jolley bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in LePew's guard.

LePew had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jolley defends it easily.

LePew lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jolley!

LePew is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jolley can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Jolley sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Jolley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. LePew doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. LePew manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Pepe LePew will probably get the nod.

Jolley has his foot on LePew's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. LePew works his way back into a safe position though.

James Jolley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jolley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
