The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva looks to score with a jab to the body but Caju is just out of range.
Caju throws a leg kick but Silva checks it.
Silva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Caju finds it's way round the side to connect with Silva's head.
Caju takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Silva gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Caju.
Caju throws out a loose jab but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nice straight punches there by Caju. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Caju.
Caju misses with a straight left.
Caju takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silva takes a swing at Caju's ribcage but misses.

It looks like Guille Caju has been cut.
Touquinho Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva swings for the body but Caju moves out of range.
Nice jab there from Silva.
Caju throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Caju misses with a wild combination.

Caju takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Caju throws out a loose jab but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
Caju jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Caju ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Silva blocks a low kick nicely.
Caju throws a leg kick that misses.
Caju moves forwards but Silva connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Caju misses with a straight left.
Silva misses with a two punch combination.
Caju lands with a straight right. Silva didn't see that one coming.
Silva pounces like a tiger and cracks Caju with a vicious hook! Caju is down but not out! Silva follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
