Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vladamir Bobkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexy Putin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Putin lands the left hand.
Putin throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bobkoff slips a jab and a cross from Putin.
Putin shoots in but Bobkoff avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Putin moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Bobkoff can't do much from the bottom here.
Bobkoff sneaks back into half guard.
Putin trying to control the action but Bobkoff is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bobkoff is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Putin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Putin's back!
Putin trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Putin wants to get back to his feet.
Bobkoff lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Bobkoff keeps control of the position as Putin tries to break free.
Putin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bobkoff. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bobkoff is looking to control Putin but Putin is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Putin is trying to defend against the choke here but Bobkoff has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Bobkoff Tightens the hold and Putin taps out furiously! Bobkoff displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
