Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chrystov Aleksey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Condit!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Condit gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Aleksey with a flurry of punches that miss.
Aleksey is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Aleksey's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Aleksey is stalling in the full guard.
Aleksey seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Condit for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.

We're going to have a standup here because Chrystov Aleksey wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Aleksey manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Condit on his heels. He'll look to pass Condit's guard now, I'm sure.
Aleksey works over Condit with some ground and pound from guard.
Aleksey passes Condit's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Condit really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aleksey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Aleksey's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Aleksey works his way into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Condit taking punishment in the form of punches.
Aleksey cracks Condit with a big right hand but Condit just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Condit looks gassed!
Condit is working to avoid the ground and pound but Aleksey connects with a decent elbow.

Condit is rocked!
Aleksey lands a huge shot from side control! Condit is out cold! This one is all over!
