Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franky Syn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Chikatilo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Syn comes to the cage accompanied by Truth by Alexander. Chikatilo has chosen Black Sunshine as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrei Chikatilo!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chikatilo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Chikatilo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Syn sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Chikatilo tries to land a leg kick but Syn saw it coming and moves away.
A low kick from Chikatilo misses
and Syn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Chikatilo throws a head kick that misses.
Chikatilo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Chikatilo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Syn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chikatilo is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Syn moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Franky Syn!
Franky Syn seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
