Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paddy Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gino Gorden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gorden is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Method Man- I came to bring the pain . Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paddy Ryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Gino Gorden !
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorden closes the distance but Ryan moves to the side
and Ryan counters with a stiff right hand.
Gorden tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ryan counters with a three punch combo that has Gorden backing up. Gorden nods at Ryan to acknowledge the strikes.
Gorden tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ryan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Gino Gorden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan lands with a nice body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ryan cracks Gorden with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Gorden tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ryan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Gorden is rocked!
Ryan throws a quick head kick that knocks Gorden silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Ryan is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Paddy Ryan!
A relieved looking Paddy Ryan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
