Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elliot Stabler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stabler has chosen Grown Men Don't Cry as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Elliot Stabler acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Elliot Stabler!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stabler with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Peters to score with a decent uppercut.
Stabler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Peters sprawls well. Peters wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stabler gets slowly back to his feet.
Stabler throws a leg kick
and Peters counters with a three punch combo that has Stabler backing up. Stabler nods at Peters to acknowledge the strikes.
Stabler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Peters avoids it really well and circles away.
Stabler fails with a takedown attempt.
David Peters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elliot Stabler.
Peters swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stabler shoots in but no luck this time.
Peters scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Elliot Stabler has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Peters scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Stabler doesn't seem bothered though.
Stabler tries to close the distance and clinch but Peters swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stabler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Peters is fending him off so far but Stabler persists. Nope, Peters circles away and we're back to standing.
Stabler dives in and grabs Peters's left leg, looking for a takedown. Peters pushes down on Stabler's head and hops out.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Stabler looks gassed!
Peters misses with a two punch combination.
Peters displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Stabler.
Stabler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Peters as he avoids it easily.

Stabler on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Peters.
Some wild striking there from Peters.

Peters lands a left and a right that send Stabler crashing to the mat, dazed. Peters thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Stabler is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
and Peters counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Stabler! He's just covering up as Peters starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
