Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier misses with a lunging right hand
and McCain counters with a body kick.
Xavier cracks McCain with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A shot to the body from Xavier misses
and McCain counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
McCain wants to clinch
and Xavier counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Xavier misses with a hook. McCain ducked under it nicely.
McCain tries to clinch there but Xavier circles away.
Xavier throws a leg kick
and McCain counters with a flying knee. Nice.
McCain wants to clinch but Xavier slips to the side
and Xavier counters with a nice body shot.
Xavier avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Xavier wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
McCain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Xavier.
Xavier throws a series of punches but McCain avoids them all with ease.
McCain is looking to clinch but Xavier is avoiding it.

and McCain makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

McCain doesn't manage to clinch there - Xavier circles away.

Xavier lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Xavier tries to bum rush McCain with a series of wild strikes but McCain uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A looping hook to the body misses from Xavier. McCain does a little dance to reset his feet.
Xavier dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Xavier goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Xavier lands a nice hook to McCain's body. McCain takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Xavier swings widly with a right hand
and McCain counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Xavier is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Xavier throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Silver Xavier dominated that round.

Xavier throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Xavier lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

McCain lands a high kick!
Xavier moves into range and connects with a jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McCain takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Xavier jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Xavier looks to land a combination. McCain sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
McCain is rocked!

Xavier throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and McCain counters with a series of strikes. Xavier will be more careful next time no doubt.

Silver Xavier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xavier scores with a hook to the body. McCain takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
McCain tries to clinch up but Xavier circles away and keeps his distance.
Xavier throws an overhand right that lands on McCain's shoulder, as McCain tries to avoid the shot.
McCain throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and McCain counters with a head kick. That will keep Xavier thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Xavier counters with a crisp one two that drops McCain! Xavier thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves McCain to his feet! McCain is in big trouble!
Oh McCain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

McCain gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Xavier points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. McCain wakes up just in time to hear Xavier thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
