Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pete Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conner Magavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels comes to the cage accompanied by Copperhead Road. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Conner Magavin!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels fails with the takedown

and Magavin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Daniels's guard now.
Magavin controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Daniels is controlling Magavin's posture.
Magavin trying to control but Daniels is working from the bottom.
Daniels lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Magavin!
Daniels throwing strikes but Magavin uses the opportunity to regain half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Pete Daniels will probably get the nod.

Magavin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Daniels pinned against the cage. Daniels gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
