Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tenzu Mazuke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vammie Weruke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Weruke's choice of entrance music: Waking the Demon - Bullet For My Valentine. Vammie Weruke has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weruke connects with a crisp jab.

Mazuke moves into the clinch successfully.
Mazuke is trying to drag Weruke to the mat but Weruke just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Weruke lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Mazuke jumps guard.
Mazuke trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Mazuke is looking for a triangle but Weruke pushes his legs off easily.

Weruke got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mazuke has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Weruke has managed to get both his arms back between Mazuke's legs - danger averted.

Mazuke had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Weruke defends it easily.

Weruke wanted to stand there but Mazuke had control of the position.

Weruke gets to his feet. Mazuke looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Weruke. Mazuke shrugs it off though.
Mazuke is breathing heavily.

Tenzu Mazuke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mazuke closes this distance looking for a takedown but Weruke circles away.
Weruke tries to clinch but Mazuke moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Weruke throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Mazuke stumbling backwards into the cage! Mazuke bounces back off the cage towards Weruke, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Weruke lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Weruke celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
