Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Slice throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Slice rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mann moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Mann jumps guard but Slice stands there with Mann around his waist. Mann gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Slice takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Slice lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mann takes a swing at Slice's ribcage but misses.

The crowd cheers as Slice lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mann doesn't seem phased though.

and Mann counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mann wants to stand but Slice is controlling his posture from full guard.

Mann pushes down on Slice's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Mann seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Slice has recovered full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mann drops back, looking for a kneebar! Slice looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Slice looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Slice!

Tekken Slice seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Mann has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Slice regains guard immediately.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Slice struggles to land a body shot inside as Mann controls his hands.
Mann ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mann no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Slice stands and steps away. Mann gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
