The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paneda throws a lazy right hand but Ranger sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ranger lands a big head kick that sends Paneda tumbling to the mat! Ranger takes a step backwards and waves Paneda back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Paneda tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Paneda could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Paneda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ranger swivels and escapes.
Ranger keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Paneda misses with a few strikes there.
A low kick from Paneda is predictable there
and Ranger counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Paneda! This one is all over!
